Support point 1 to 10

Input of the support points. The support points are shaped (x [Ω] / y [°C or °F]) or (x [mV] / y [°C or °F]).
Within the support points, the sensor is approached in linear form.

Notes:
x-values of support points must be continuously.
There must be 10 support points.
