Alarm, Mode and Hold
Selection between:
- Alarm: activated, if the value falls below minimum input or goes beyond maximum input.
- Mode: defines the switching status of the relay (closed, open), after alarm or hold is released.
Hold:
Hold can be released through alarm, limit, window or tendency.
If hold is active, the relay will be locked in a switching status according to the mode selection.
- Alarm = Activated and Mode = Open:
- On alarm the relay will be opened immediately.
- Alarm = Activated and Mode = Close:
- On alarm the relay will be closed immediately.
- Hold = Activated and Mode = Open:
- When the relay reaches the status "open", it will remain in this status until power is interrupted or the
reset button is pushed.
- Hold = Activated and Mode = Close:
- When the relay reaches the status "close", it will remain in this status until power is interrupted or the
reset button is pushed.
Alarm and hold are independent of the settings of switching behaviour.
Alarm can be used with hold.
Note: switch-on delay and switch-off delay have no effect on alarm.
